KENNEDY, JACQUELINE (1929-94) Wife of American President John F Kennedy & First Lady of the United States 1961-63. Good blue ink signature 'Jacqueline Kennedy' on oblong 3x5" sheet of white paper. Also signed in blue ink by both Robert Kennedy (1925-68) United States Attorney General & brother of John F Kennedy & his wife Ethel Kennedy. Lightly mounted at the top edge. Scarce grouping of signatures.

NIXON, RICHARD (American President 1969-74) typed letter signed 'Richard Nixon' as president from The White House, Washington (10th Dec 1971) to John S. McCowan in Stourbridge, Worcestershire on The White House printed stationery. Nixon states that even though he does not always acknowledge his correspondence letters 'they are most welcome and I look forward to your pertinent observations on matters of mutual interest. I hope you will continue to keep me posted on current events on your side of the Atlantic!' In concluding he sends his warmest wishes. The original envelope accompanies, some slight creasing and small tears to left & right edges of central horizontal fold. (1)

Roosevelt thanks his correspondent fro sending him a copy of The Labor Advocate & remarks 'I read the marked editorial with deep interest and appreciate your comments on my own recent stand.' Fine.
